SMITH'S GARDEN
Smith’s Garden is a 550-bed build-to-rent (BTR) development & the largest modular BTR scheme in the country.
Spread over six buildings of three to 26 storeys, one acre of private green space will be central to the scheme, complemented by one- to three-bedroom apartments & four-bedroom townhouses.
The project will incorporate well-being, innovation, and sustainability, further nurturing Digbeth’s live-work-play ethos.
There will be over 21K SF of amenities, including a gymnasium, crèche, workspaces, and rooftop terraces.
From an outward perspective, there will be c.15K SF of new restaurants, cafes, boutiques, start-ups, and independents.
