JQ RISE
JQ Rise is a contemporary development containing 226 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments and a penthouse duplex.
Spread across three blocks ranging from four, eight & 25 storeys, JQ Rise is making great strides and will be set around an external communal garden, with three secure bicycle stores allocating 219 cycles.
JQ Rise consists of three main elements: a subservient four-storey to Goodman Street; a 25-storey corner tower with a recessed duplex at its peak; and an interlinked eight-storey fronting Summer Hill Road.
It is being developed offsite via a precast concrete modular building system before being craned into place, with each home featuring integrated kitchens and bathroom suites, making it perfect for young professionals, couples, and even students.
