U&A

U&A is a build-to-rent development of 162 apartments, located within the city's bustling Gay Village.

Split across two buildings and two parcels of land, U&A is home to brand-new one, two & three-bedroom apartments, including a dedicated residents’ lounge, house kitchen, a gym and fitness studio, and co-working space for everyone to use.

A major part of the urban revival development, which stitches together the long-lost fabric of the area, is the renovation of Unity House, a grand old building dating back to the 19th century.

The story so far

June 2021 -

A piling rig is on-site, signaling a start in construction works!

After giving the site some breathing space, we re-visited the project and it is now built up!
