The Gothic II is an elegant four storey new build set to replace a disused former martial arts building.
Further preserving and enhancing the JQ conservation area, The Gothic II will deliver 14 one- and two-bedroom apartments (43-83 sqm) & a 100 sqm ground-level commercial unit – the latter will be integrated with the commercial unit at the rear wing of 3 Hampton Street via a glazed link.
With attractive bespoke diamond patterned brickwork and a design that sits seamlessly to complement its historic context, the project forms the next phase of Cordia UK's high-quality array of mixed-use redevelopments in the area.
A number of apartments will benefit from an external terrace and/or balconies, along with two small courtyards, which will provide spaces for the surrounding commercial units, cycle storage, and up to eight vehicle spaces.
The former martial arts building and a single storey building will be removed to facilitate the scheme.
