CHAPMANS YARD
Chapmans Yard (CY) is underway with the delivery of 111 apartments and street-level duplexes across an 'i'-shaped seven-storey new build.
Stitching the fabric of the street back together, frontages will be reintroduced to Upper Gough Street & Chapmans Passage for the first time in a generation.
Set around two communal courtyards, CY will offer 56 one- & 50 two-bedroom units, with 5 duplex townhouses (10% affordability).
There will also be private balconies, a 5th-floor garden, healthy cycling provisions, biodiverse roofs, and a pedestrianised Chapmans Passage.
