MASTERCHEF STUDIOS

MasterChef will move to the 1840-built, Grade II* listed Banana Warehouse in Summer 2024.

The show will be made at the first building of the new Digbeth Loc studios, as part of a six-year deal.

Spinoff shows including MasterChef: The Professionals, Celebrity MasterChef, and Young MasterChef for BBC Three, as well as festive editions, will be made in Digbeth.

Dating back to 1840, the canal-side building is now being refurbished and a modern new extension built to deliver a multitude of uses including pre-production, filming, and post-production spaces.

There will also be a main stage, a contestants' room, critics' dining, offices, and support spaces, e.g. prep kitchen & meeting rooms.
