VOLUME WORKS' TRANSFORMATION OF THE GUNSMITH QUARTER

Volume Works’ transformation of the Gunsmith Quarter, in particular to Hanley Street and Cliveland Street, will deliver 376 purpose built student accommodation over three phases, once completed.

Phase I at 37 Hanley Street is now complete and comprises 48-bed student accommodation; Phase II is well advanced for 108 more; while Phase III is a proposed 220-bed development over two underutilised plots.
