Originally brought forward by Blackswan Property (now Cordia Blackswan) and designed by Glancy Nicholls Architects, the Pitsford Street site was recently purchased by Legal & General, on behalf of its BTR Access Development Partnership - a Joint Venture between L&G Capital & PGGM.

With the project now under construction. Sir Robert McAlpine (SRM) will act as developer on the development. Here are the renderings:
