CoLiCo Living has been granted consent to convert the building into 145 serviced apartments, alongside an additional 9 apartments through a set back one-storey extension with open-air roof terrace; and to turn the ground floor commercial unit - also vacant - into a 24/7 public gym.

Plans drawn up by DAY Architectural will see new windows installed, new doors added to the vacant ground floor unit & the inverted corner of the building re-cladded.

Studio, one & two-bedroom apartments (25-135sqm) will be provided, with each dwelling composed of cooking, bathroom, and sleeping areas.

Apartments facing Suffolk Street Queensway will even have the added benefit of having private balcony spaces.

Besides the roof terrace, more amenities are to be placed on the ground floors and these will contain a reception, management office, and a media/ TV area.

Cycle storage will be allocated to the rear, with a new access point created from Swallow Street.

The building will be rebranded as ‘Paradise View’ with CoLiCo striving to get the building occupational sometime in 2022.
