Designed in a strong and simple aesthetic, this Zayma Ltd (MIA Property Group) regeneration of Ladywood Social Club will see the delivery of 61 one, 72 two & 11 three-bedroom apartments.

50 will be openly available within a mixed tenure of rented, shared-ownership & private sale at discounted rates - with all homes above the national minimum space standards and providing full disabled access.

Amenities will include a central ground floor area (545sqm) providing communal open space alongside the Ladywood Road frontage, with the nearest public open space within Chamberlain Gardens - a mere five-minute walk away.

A spacious and light central atrium at the corner of Ladywood Middleway and Leyburn Road has been meticulously implemented. This will contain pedestrian footfall & access via two lifts and stairs to all floors, including ground floor and basement car parking; of which 59 vehicles (4 disabled) will be allocated alongside 10 motorcycle & 159 bicycles (14 visitor spaces).

Mature landscaping will see new trees planted and hedgerows along the edges of the site to form a leafy screen. A new footpath along Leyburn Road will also be formed.

From a materiality perspective, the building will be built in a majority red brick facade with light grey aluminium windows & light grey cladding.
