Cole Waterhouse (*Trinity (CW) Ltd*) are now free to create a unique new cultural, commercial and residential neighbourhood - reinforcing Digbeth's sense of community by providing 24/7 facilities to allow creatives, businesses and leisure activities to thrive.

The five-phase redevelopment, designed by Corstorphine + Wright, will see the delivery of nine new buildings of up to 32 storeys, creating hundreds of new jobs.

The ambitious development ultimately responds to the city council's ambitious vision to achieve a 24/7 Digbeth, as set out through the Curzon HS2 Masterplan & emerging draft Digbeth Masterplan.

943 NEW HOMES & 65K OF MIXED-USE CREATIVE, RETAIL, LEISURE & WORKSPACES.

Ranging from 2 to 32 storeys, 943 new 1-3 bed apartments & duplexes (private/ BtR/ 13 live/work) will be created alongside 65,000 sq ft of mixed-use creative, retail, leisure and workspace, as well as a potential standalone 133-bed hotel.

With roof gardens provided, a series of additional spaces including artwork, private yards and public parks will also be created, including Pump House Park; named after the former Victorian Pump House. The 18th century locally listed building here will be kept, refurbished, and celebrated as a focal point within the new park; and used for community use.

The fifth phase could potentially also see a new eight-storey hotel. Currently listed as 'flexible', the hotel is dependent on demand. If realised, however, it will occupy a key location overlooking the site’s new Skypark on Duddleston Viaduct.

Upper Trinity Street could be fully operational by 2029/2030.
