Lockside Wharf, October 2022 Update

Lockside Wharf is a bespoke canal-side development of 61 high-end one to three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, blending old-world with new.

Already sold out, the project involves the preservation, refurbishment and extension of ‘Scotland Works’, a significant Victorian workshop dating back to 1889, into 16 new homes providing a reclaimed aesthetic.

Maximising its footprint, steelwork is now taking shape on the former car park site that will offer a further 45 contemporary living spaces and balconies within a new six storey building, one that complements the existing Victorian architecture.

Once it completes in Q2/3 2023, Lockside Wharf will offer an intimate and high quality rental community within an accessible and desirable location.
