All three phases at Enclave: Birmingham, on Lower Essex Street in Southside, are now well under construction and taking shape.

Enclave: Birmingham is a brand new 628 build-to-rent community coming to Southside.

Recently forward funded and acquired by Blackrock Alternatives alongside Outpost Management, who will open their third Enclave-branded scheme here, the development will be spread across three buildings of eight, 12 & 28 storeys (97.95m).

Mixing comfort, connectivity, and stylish interiors, Enclave will offer 306 one, 295 two & 27 three-bedroomed homes, with over 20K SF of amenities & outward-facing commercial, including space for a prominent LGBT charity.

Arranged around two landscaped gardens, residents will benefit from dining suites, lounges, workspaces, a gym, a cinema, a 3D simulation suite, plus a 9th-floor garden and top-floor amenity space on the tallest.

Completing the newly formed site will be a public square and realm, offering a safe and attractive space for everyone, further boosted by a tree-lined 'boulevard' linking Hurst and Lower Essex Street, as well as Sherlock Street.
