THE BARREL WORKS
The Barrel Works is a 175-home neighbourhood spread across a part 10-, 13-, and 15-storey new build.
The site lies within the Warner Fields masterplan, an area set to undergo a series of high-quality new living spaces, amenities, landscaping, and, at the heart of it all, the restoration of the River Rea.
Contributing to the vision, Sherrington Waste will be replaced with a vibrant new residential neighbourhood containing 69 one-, 88 two-, 12 three-, and 6 four-bedroom apartments (1–5 persons).
