SETL

SETL is a newly built residential community comprising 102 apartments, an intimate rooftop garden, amenities, and two commercial spaces.

Launching in May 2024, SETL comprises an interlinked six- to 12-storey structure wrapped around the site, with a striking tile-clad three-storey cushioned canalside within the courtyard.

Finished in dark red and light red-orange brick with bespoke terracotta and decorative detailing, SETL provides a classy nod to Birmingham's architectural past.

A development that bridges the divide between the Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area and the city core, SETL will accommodate 52 one- and 50 two-bed homes (11 affordable).

Residents will benefit from 106 cycle spaces, a roof garden, a fitness studio, and a communal lounge with WFH areas.

Completing the scheme and offering an extension of the street will result in 2,350K SF of vibrant street-level commercial uses.

A development that also comprises MGAC, Arcadis, and Anderson Green Ltd.
