CROWN PLACE

Crown Place is a 33-storey (100.1m) purpose-built student accommodation development comprising of 814 bed spaces.

Rising to 33 storeys with nine and 12-storey shoulders, Crown Place will accommodate 572 studios, 114 clusters and 128 duplexes.

Over 13K SF of shared spaces will also be introduced including lounges, study and kitchen spaces as well as a gym, games lounge and cinema.

There will also be a 700 SF first-floor level external terrace, three blue roofs at different levels and a green roof on the 33^rd floor.
