SOUTH CENTRAL

South Central is a curved terracotta 30-storey tower accommodating 166 homes, a 3,700K SF ground-floor commercial unit, and a roof garden.

Birmingham's first terracotta tower accommodates an eclectic selection of one- to three-bedroom apartments and a penthouse, with eight First Homes and low-cost home ownership units also available.

Facilities include a lobby lounge, a multi-media room, workspaces, a concierge, and a cycle workshop for 76.

South Central's crowning feature is its rooftop sky garden, a place offering a cosy outdoor cinema area and a place to socialise, exercise, or take in the views.
