HOLLOWAY HEAD
Holloway Head is a 484-apartment build-to-rent scheme across four new-build blocks ranging from 8 to 14 storeys.
Spread over two phases and four buildings, Holloway Head will deliver 132 one-, 344 two-& 8 three-bedroom apartments to cater to every lifestyle.
Complementing these will be shared meeting and workspaces, dining areas, a residents’ media lounge, a street-facing gymnasium, courtyards, roof terraces, and spaces for c. 57 cars & 112 bicycles.
Phase I features two buildings of up to 14 storeys fronting Holloway Head. It is also here where the Birmingham Girl Guides now call their new HQ, with facilities including activity rooms, a common room, a main hall, and a shop.
Phase II is well underway on the final two buildings.
