BELGRAVE VILLAGE
Belgrave Village is a new urban village containing 438 family houses and high-density apartments across 12 acres.
Set around heavily landscaped public and private gardens, the community is further boosted by a new green linear park through the site.
A selection of 174 two, three & four-bedroom family townhouses are available (44 affordable: heylo), alongside 264 one & two-bed apartments within two blocks of seven and 12 storeys (The Blossom and The Bluebell).
On-site amenities, in addition to the greenery, include a concierge, gym, play areas, cinema room, and workspaces. There are also 263 car and c.670 bicycle spaces.
