CROWN PLACE

Crown Place is a 33-storey tower (100.1m) set to introduce 814 student bed spaces.

Rising to 33-storeys with nine and 12-storey shoulders, Crown Place will provide a high-quality mixture containing 572 studios, 114 clusters and 128 duplexes/triplexes.

The ground floor, level one and level 32 will accommodate student social spaces, including a cinema, karaoke room, retro gaming arcade, games table lounge, social lounge, large study rooms, and private dining suites.

External amenities include a first-floor lounge with access to an external terrace & a sky lounge with views of the city on floor 32.
