S&K BUILDINGS
S&K Buildings is to be reanimated with a 484-home build-to-rent community.
With the exception of the S&K Building, which will be retained, converted, and upwardly extended, the rest of the underutilised site is being demolished; with six new builds of up to 10 storeys set to be built as part of its transformation.
The visually aesthetic S&K Building will be made good and a new two-storey rooftop extension added, along with a brand new public canal-side walkway along the River Rea, dotted with potential cafes and restaurants.
With all builds focused around green internal courtyards, S&K Buildings will ultimately provide a range of one, two & three-bed apartments and duplexes (48 affordable) to cater to every lifestyle.
