Stone Yard is a major brownfield development set to deliver a 995-home build-to-rent community.
Spread across seven best-in-class design and energy-efficient new builds ranging between six and 30 storeys, Stone Yard will be accompanied by amenities and green spaces, 25-30K SF of commercial, a public boulevard, and roof terraces.
